I think when people put on weight they automatically have more humour, it doesnt seem to be something they do, they are just funny and very friendly.
I am yet to meet a large person that is misrable :o)

Well amazingly talented he is indeed.
I would have to disagree with Anglo on the perception that people that are overweight aren't perceived as being miserable. Perhaps there are a few that are the exception to the rule, but more often than not it would seem that people that are overweight are funny, but often times this is a mask to cover up the insecurities of their size. Moreover, they generally have wonderful hearts and the weight adds as a protective barrier. For these people are often made fun of because of their size, yet the laugh it off like they are ok with the jokes, but deep down inside screaming.
